Checking in was a breeze. When we got to our room we were suprised with the updated look of it compared to others we have stayed at lately and it was very welcoming. After settling in we went to the pool and my daughter whom is 17 & autistic went down the water slide for her first time ever!!! (She has been wanting to & has tried over the years to do so at other places but never could do it because she felt rushed with the line piling up behind her but this was much more layed back for her & now she has no more fear of it. Totally made our trip!!! For breakfast we all had a good breakfast and the teenagers loved the egg omelets and asked if I could find out where to get them.

Breakfast good. Out of the 3 desk attendees I spoke with 2 had the best customer service. Called a few days ahead to let the hotwl know i would have a late arrival and told them the appropriate time. They said they would mark it. Arrived at the late arrival time frame, was marked as a no show. Not aware of this till a couple days later. Made my room look as if empty. A employee tried to give it to another customer. I was standing in the hall watching them open my door. And let them know it was my room. They was very upset.

The front desk attendant ( I wish I would have gotten her name) was so kind and wonderful to work with as we had 4 rooms for family and grandchildren. Also there was a 50-ish-year-old gentleman who was the lifeguard at the time we checked in ( 3pm on Friday March 31st) He went WAY above and beyond for my family. Getting us our towels and letting us know several times he was keeping an eye on our grandchildren in the water. He was amazing. Please make sure you treat these employees well! they are a rare find

The entire building was very clean. Breakfast was fine; I was just interested in slightly more healthy food options (less carbs, less greasy meat, less sugar). The coffee was also so-so (both Gourmet & Bold). Otherwise, everything was awesome.

Nice little kid pool and lap pool. Has a large slide that was fun for the family. Breakfast had plenty of options and was open until 930 which was great for families trying to sleep in. Room was clean and fully stocked with towels.
